• Your membership includes one massage per month, which can be redeemed using the coupon code sent to your email at the start of each billing cycle.

• Massage coupons do not rollover and must be booked before your next bill date. Having a hectic few weeks? Book your appointment a few months in advance so you don’t loose the pass. You can always reschedule!

• Memberships automatically renew each month until cancelled.

• There are no fees for late cancellations or missed appointments, but you will lose the massage credit.

• Reschedule massages at least 24h in advance of your appointment.
